The starting point
Michaela and her family had been collecting quotes for a kitchen remodel and layout change for a few months, and the process was starting to wear them down. Every company seemed to want something different from them, and none of the proposals felt like plain answers to plain questions. They needed a team that could walk them through it clearly instead of adding to the confusion.
The scope
We opened the layout up and built a warm, modern coastal kitchen suited to a Florida home in Odessa. Design work was included with no separate fee, which mattered to a family working from inspiration photos rather than a finished plan. As their preferences shifted along the way, we adjusted the budget with them instead of treating every change as a new negotiation, and we stuck to our recommendations rather than upselling scope they did not need.
The outcome
The whole project came together in about two months, finishing ahead of the schedule we gave them. Michaela has already booked us to come back later this year for all three of her bathrooms.
