The starting point
Telice wanted the entire house done, and wanted it done quickly. Those two things pull against each other on most jobs, so the plan had to carry the weight rather than the pace.
The scope
We planned tightly up front, sequenced the trades so nobody was waiting on anybody, and kept the turnaround short across all 1,750 square feet. The crew cleaned the site at the end of every day. That sounds like a small thing until you are the one living in the house while the work happens.
The result
Five months, whole home, fair pricing. Her verdict was that the experience felt effortless from her side and the house felt brand new at the end of it.
