Alex's Outdoor Sauna & 240V Installation

The starting point

Alex wanted an outdoor sauna assembled and connected in his screened pool area in Lutz. The project needed a dedicated 240V supply for the sauna and a separate 120V outlet for the patio.

The work behind the result

The electrical scope included a two-pole 40-amp breaker, wiring routed through the garage wall and attic, an exterior conduit run, and an outdoor disconnect. Below-grade conduit and core drilling through the pavers and underlying concrete created the route into the screened area. The team assembled the sauna and connected the heater and control-board wiring. A separate 120V, 20-amp GFCI-protected outlet was installed at the patio post.

The finished sauna

Completed in December 2025, the sauna brings a wood-lined interior, bench seating, warm lighting, and a glass-front entrance to the outdoor space. Alex confirmed that the installation was complete and functioning. The gallery opens with the finished views, followed by the electrical preparation and equipment connections.
