The starting point
This was a rental property, which changes the brief. It needed to be turnkey rather than just tidy, finished to a standard that holds up to tenants and photographs well for listings.
The scope
We handled cabinets, countertops and flooring throughout, framed and finished the new room, and painted the whole property. We also coordinated the appliance deliveries and installations directly, so the owner never had to chase a third party or take a day off to let someone in. No design fees were charged.
The result
Four rooms, one schedule, one point of contact. The owner's summary was that the pricing and the final product both landed where they wanted them.
