The starting point

Daniel had two bathrooms and the outside of the house on his list. Most homeowners in that position end up managing two or three separate companies and refereeing the gaps between them.

The scope

We ran it as one project instead. One schedule, one point of contact, one agreement. The tile work carried the interiors and the exterior paint pulled the property together, and neither trade sat waiting on the other.

The result

Two bathrooms and a repainted exterior in two months. Daniel's summary was that Jake runs one of the top kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies in Tampa.
