The starting point
Hurricane Milton flooded Paul's condo. Like a lot of homeowners after a storm, his first instinct was to keep costs down, and he hired two low-cost drywall contractors to handle the recovery. He soon regretted it. Cheap work after a flood tends to reveal itself quickly, and he found himself needing to start over with someone who would do it right. That is when he found us.
The scope
We took over and handled the full remodel of the condo. This was not a project about luxury finishes or showpiece features — Paul's goal was honest and clear: bring the home back to functionality, properly. Across roughly 1,050 square feet, that meant doing the work correctly the first time, the thing his earlier contractors had not done.
The outcome
A small-footprint condo that had been through a flood and a false start became a home again — one Paul can look forward to living in rather than fight with. Sometimes the most valuable work is not the fanciest; it is the work that finally gets done right.
