The starting point
Lynne had a deck-mounted jet tub that had run its course — the kind of oversized tub that takes up a quarter of the bathroom and rarely gets used. She had a better idea for that space: a sauna.
The scope
We demolished the deck jet tub and reworked the room around its replacement. The whole bathroom was retiled, and we handled the drywall repair, electrical, and painting that a change like this requires — a sauna is not a drop-in swap; it needs the right power and a properly finished surround. We installed the sauna where the tub had been, putting that square footage to use as something she would actually enjoy.
The outcome
Lynne could not be happier with her space. The bathroom went from holding a tub she did not use to housing a sauna she does — a room reorganized around how she actually wants to live in it.
Testimonial
"I had my main bath remodeled with new tile and had a large tub deck removed to make room foe a sauna. The work was done beautifully. All the artisans were professional and did an amazing job from the demolition, tilework, drywall repair, electric, and painting. Birch Masters is a quality company who I would highly recommend for any size project. It's one stop shopping which makes any project go more smoothly because it is extremely well coordinated. I will definitely use their services again in the future."
