The starting point

Jewel came to us on a referral from a friend, and came in wary. Her words were that finding a trustworthy contracting company can be challenging, which is a fair thing to say and something we hear often.

The scope

We laid the scope out in full before anything started and then stuck to it. No moving targets, no discoveries that conveniently cost more. A major bathroom remodel over four months gives plenty of opportunity for a project to drift, so the discipline is in the planning rather than the recovery.

The result

The line from her review we think about most is the simplest one. Everything she had been worried about never happened. The quality of the work exceeded what she expected.
