Frank's Siding Installation

The starting point

Frank needed siding installed before hurricane season closed the window on the work. That single constraint made the schedule the whole job.

The scope

We committed to a date and built the plan backwards from it. Materials specified for Florida exposure, crew sized to finish inside the week rather than stretch across two. Working ahead of storm season is routine for us in Tampa Bay, and it is one of the few situations where a firm date is worth more to a homeowner than anything else on the quote.

The result

Finished on schedule and ahead of the weather. Frank's note afterwards singled out the crews as hard working and respectful, which is the part we have least control over and care most about.
